Can I purchase COILBAR products anywhere else?
No. We are currently exclusively sold on COILBAR.com. We look forward to being sold on Amazon and other select retailers.
How can I receive information about COILBAR and current promotions?
Please use the e-mail signup form on the bottom of any page on the site. You will then receive all current information about our new products, and any current promotions.
Why am I not receiving emails from COILBAR?

How do I unsubscribe from COILBAR?
If you do not wish to receive communications from us about special offers and promotions, you can opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions contained in the messages you receive. Even if you opt-out of receiving these messages, we reserve the right to send you service announcements and administrative messages. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those service or administrative communications.
Does COILBAR support any non-profit organizations?
Currently, we do not support any non-profit organizations. But we look forward to doing so in the future.
SHIPPING
How long before I can receive my order?
Please allow 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process and ship your order after it's been placed. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days.
How are kits shipped?
COILBAR kits (FLIGHT, MINIBAR, Stylers MINIBAR, and Treat MINIBAR), as noted on their respective product pages, ship separately. The shipping cost for each kit is $5.99, and is subject to change without notice.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship worldwide.
What carrier do you use?
COILBAR products are shipped via USPS. But we are constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.
I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?
Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your order after it's been placed. If you haven’t received anything from us for 5 business days, please shoot us an email to hello @ coilbar.com so we can check it out right away.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail International will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can also find your tracking number in your Account.
My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do?
It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated, let us know at hello @ coilbar.com.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00 unless otherwise noted. Shipping is based on weight. Read our Shipping FAQs for more details.

PRE-ORDER INFO
What are Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store.
What is the availability of my pre-order item(s)?
Pre-order items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
When will my Pre-Order item ship?
Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always do this, in which case you will be kept informed on a regular basis. You can see the estimated delivery date of the product within the product description on our website. This date cannot be guaranteed due to potential manufacturing delays, however we do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible.
Standard Delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-order item is shipped.
Your order will be sent when all the goods are in stock. If there are in-stock items in your order, they will be shipped at the same time as your pre-order item(s); we do not do partial shipments at this time.
Can I cancel my order if it's a Pre-Order item?
Pre-orders may be canceled within two (2) hours from the time of purchase. Cancellations of a pre-order purchase cannot be made after the two hours from purchase has lapsed.
If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within two (2) hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page.
Can I return my item if I purchased it when it was a Pre-Order item?
All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement.
Should I order Pre-Order and In-Stock items together or separately?
We suggest that pre-order items be ordered separately from in-stock orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
When will my credit card be charged for my Pre-Order purchase?
Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.
Payment by a "Shop now, pay later" service cannot be accepted for pre-order items. If a pre-order is made by a "shop now, pay later" service it will be cancelled and refunded and you will be asked to order again using a different payment method. in this instance, we cannot hold stock or reserve items, and they may become unavailable.

What do I do if my coupon code doesn't work?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Card – we currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards from the United States. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards.
Debit Cards – All debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo may be used from the United States.
Klarna - please click on the icon at the checkout page and follow the instructions.
PayPal - please click on the icon at the checkout page and follow the instructions.
At this time COILBAR.com does not accept money orders, checks, or cash on delivery (COD).
Can coupon codes be combined?
Only one coupon code may be applied per order.
What if I forgot to enter my coupon code?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply your coupon code to your order once the order has been placed. Our standard policy states that we are not able to cancel or adjust an order once the order has been placed.
How do I checkout using Klarna?
Klarna is available on orders $35+. To use Klarna, proceed through Checkout and in the Billing section, select the Klarna option as your payment method.

How do I checkout using PayPal?
To checkout using PayPal, please do not log into your account first. Put all your items in your shopping cart. When you proceed to checkout you will then be prompted to log in. Please click on the PayPal logo at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions when you are redirected to the PayPal site.
Is there sales tax on orders?
We charge sales tax on all orders shipping to California in the United States.
Are gift cards available?
No, e-gift cards are currently not available in the United States.
