Step 1: Use Curl Primer Conditioning Spray to put some life back into curls.

Step 2: Spot treat lifeless curls as to not disrupt curls too much.

As a heat protectant:

Step 1: Apply one to two quarter-sized amounts to freshly washed, damp hair, evenly from the roots to the tips.

Step 2: Blow-dry and style as desired.
